Taking a walk around Connaught Hospital in Freetown, I noticed the women of Sierra Leone walking down the shopping market and carrying all their grocery items on their heads, which has become a regular sight to me as it is a cultural thing to carry your weight on your head. My Chiropractor is already calculating his returns for opening a shop there 😂

Post Surgery, you can feel the sense of calm and satisfaction on the doctor and patient’s face while the operating room gets back to a faint darkness awaiting another episode of action. It’s been a long journey and everyone is ready to wrap it up.
